The best way to reach me is by email at [email protected]. This is the public contact address for jewei.net and for me, Jewei Mak. I read messages myself. There is no contact form, sales desk, or automated ticket queue behind this site.

What to include

A useful first message tells me who you are, what you are working on, where you found me, and what kind of reply would help. For project enquiries, include the problem, current stage, likely timeline, and any technical constraints you already know about. Please do not send passwords, API keys, private customer records, or other sensitive material by email.

I am most likely to reply to specific questions about backend systems, product architecture, developer tooling, PHP and Laravel, AI-assisted software delivery, technical writing, or the open-source projects linked from this site. I also welcome corrections to published articles. If you found a factual error, a broken link, or an accessibility problem, include the page URL and enough detail for me to reproduce it.
