Email is the best way to reach me: [email protected]. It is the public address for jewei.net and for me, Jewei Mak. I read and answer messages myself. There is no contact form or ticket queue.
What to include#
Tell me who you are, what you are working on, and what kind of reply would help. For project work, include the problem, the current stage, the likely timeline, and any technical constraints you already know. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer records, or other sensitive material by email.
I am most useful on backend systems, product architecture, payments, PHP and Laravel, developer tooling, and AI-assisted software delivery. Corrections to published articles are welcome. For a factual error, a broken link, or an accessibility problem, include the page URL and enough detail to reproduce it.
